[Gretl-devel] not working in Kubuntu

Yes I usually build gretl  from a script that executes

./configure --prefix=/opt/gretl  --without-gnome --enable-build-doc 
make 
make check 
sudo make install

I don't think the problem is with the fftw3 version, since ./configure 
shows   "FFTW3 support:      yes"  in the output.
