[Gretl-devel] Fwd: information for new translators

I've been asked for information about translating gretl; maybe it's useful to
have some reference info in the list archives for future use, so I'm forwarding
my reply to the list.

(maybe we could even turn it into a brief explanation to be added to the "devel"
section of the website, so feel free to complete/correct the text)
