Ah ok, now configure works smoothly!

Next problem right after that:
'make' gives me:

make -C lib
make[1]: *** No rule to make target 
`/sw/include/libxml2/libxml/xmlmemory.h', needed by `adf_kpss.lo'. Stop.
make: *** [lib] Error 2
