Maybe so, probably so!  The reason I'm not being more definite is 
that the manual sometimes runs ahead of the released gretl 
version, documenting what's in CVS/snapshot.  But I suppose that 
fact could be added to the "version" designation.  Any others have 
thoughts on this?
