[Gretl-devel] Not translated strings

I don't know whether this corresponds to gretl or to my OS (Kubuntu), but I am 
seing some not translated strings in the Excel importer and in the open file 
dialogs:
/File/Open data/Import/Excel
/File/Open data/User file

The terms "Forward", "Cancel" and "Back" in the dialog buttons appear in 
English.
