I have just committed the German translation update.

I have also edited the header a little bit, I hope I haven't broken
anything...

And I noticed two glitches in the English strings: in 1190 and 2913 a
closing parenthesis seems to be missing. ("P(Chi-Square(%d) > %g = %g")
