[Gretl-devel] py4gretl-- can not find on server

I wanted to try PY4GRETL  (python linker to GRETL)
 
It is not under 
FILE -> FUNCTION FILE-> ON SERVER
 
I am using the Windows build 1.6.5  of 5/17/2007
Am I missing something
