We're not using an installed copy of gtkourceview any more, but 
strictly the slimmed-down version that comes bundled with the 
gretl sources.

However, there was one residual issue with the gtksourceview 
build, depending on the version of the glibc regex.h header; I 
think this is now fixed in CVS.
