Hello Ivan,

The source for the gretl command reference is

 doc/commands/gretl_commands.xml

There's a companion file for the gretl function reference

 doc/commands/genr_funcs.xml

Russian translations of these would be entered as

 doc/commands/gretl_commands_ru.xml
 doc/commands/genr_funcs_ru.xml

(if you decide to do the function reference also).

There is also an auxiliary file containing translations of 
frequently used bits of text, e.g.:

 doc/commands/hlpstrs_en.xml
 doc/commands/hlpstrs_it.xml

For this file, the best policy would be to copy hlpstrs_en.xml to
hlpstrs_ru.xml, mark it as UTF-8 encoded, and translate the 
English entries in the last column.
