thanks, and here's the next unnerving csv-related remark: it seems that
'1953m1' as starting date doesn't play nicely with '2008m12' as the
ending, I suspect because it's not fixed width like '1953m01'. Just
mentioning it, not pushing, this could of course also wait or just be
left alone...
