[Gretl-users] translations and gretl.pot

Hello all translators,

I'm about to generate a new version of gretl.pot for the next 
gretl release.  The several .po files will be updated 
accordingly.  So if you have any uncommitted changes, please go 
ahead and commit them.

(To clarify: usually I don't touch the .po files for those 
languages where the translator has gretl CVS write permission. 
The exception is this point in the release cycle, when the .pot 
template needs updating.)
