Yes, sorry, you may ignore the second variant; I'll remove it.

Actually we need both of those, for different contexts.

I'll prune this (and others like it) out of the translation 
lists.

Hmm, programmer's jargon: a function which is accessible to 
users.  The context is the new mechanism for creating "function 
packages".  The idea is that such packages may contain zero or 
more "private" helper functions, but they must define a public 
interface, that is, actually make some function available to 
users.  Perhaps this should be re-worded.

When looking at a user-defined function, there's a "Call" button 
to call (i.e. execute) the function.
