A very helpful summary. In CVS -- and in a new Windows snapshot
-- I've currently got a menu setup "after the Italian School",
with a couple of pragmatic differences:
* While I see Cri's case for moving all the things that change
the dataset permanently from /Sample to /Data, to my eye the
result was just too unbalanced: the Data menu was overburdened
and the Sample menu puny.
* I've gone part way on Jack's suggestion for the model menu,
but I didn't split Time-Series models into submenus because I'd
really rather avoid more than two levels of menus when it's at
all convenient (I wouldn't mind sticking some separators in
though).
Reactions to this iteration?
Allin.
