[Gretl-users] Menu re-structuring

I think all these ideas on a new menu structure are interesting and will do 
gretl a better program, but I think probably we will introduce new bugs in 
doing that, so I suggest to release an "official" version with the current 
menu structure (may be 1.5.2 if you prefer) and then modify the menu 
structure for the following (1.6.0) version.

I have taken a quick look to the current windows snapshot, and I must say that 
all appear to work ok. Specially, the problems in launching gretl in Spanish 
are corrected.
