Do you mean, as in the climatology literature?  If so, no.
But one could construct regression-based tests easily enough.

No, but it does have the Bowman-Shenton test (Biometrika, 1975) as 
improved by Doornik ("An Omnibus Test for Normality", 1994, 
available on the web).
