I've just fixed the link in the page (for all existing languges).

As a sidenote: if you don't want to do a fresh checkout of your working copy to
use the new cvs address, you can still use the old working copy, by doing:

  find . -path '*/CVS/Root' | xargs perl -i -p -e 's/cvs.source/gretl.cvs.source/'

in the top directory.

(this substitutes the new cvs address to the old one in all relevant CVS control
files)
