That's not a bug as such, it's a design decision (a debatable one, 
perhaps).  Given the premium on horizontal space in the model 
table (particularly if you have a lot of models) I decided not to 
include a distinct "***" marker for P-values < .01.  Of course, 
coefficients with P-values < .01 also have P-values < .05 ;-)

This is different from the presentation in the individual model 
windows, but it's not that uncommon.
