[Gretl-users] Bivariate tests and test statistic calculator menus equal

It's largely historical.  The entries that are present under 
"Bivariate tests" came first.  Then the "Test statistic 
calculator" was added. At first this did not handle variables in 
the current dataset: it was purely and simply for processing 
pre-given sample statistics (you entered two means, or whatever).

Now that the "calculator" _can_ handle variables in the current 
dataset, it has arguably rendered the "Bivariate tests" menu item 
redundant.  Any thoughts on whether we should scrap the latter?
Any votes for keeping it?
