I'm not familiar with these programs (I've only used command-line 
cvs on Linux), but I suspect they're just "front-ends" that call 
command-line cvs in the background.  If that's the case, they 
simply add a layer of possible error between you and cvs.  On the 
other hand, if they actually implement a cvs client themselves, 
then I guess they're much less mature than the "cvs" program.
Either way, you lose!  Command-line cvs is very easy and simple 
once you get the hang of it.
