[Gretl-users] fonts and colors in saved plot

* in the session symbol window: plot icon names can be edited by
clicking on the name; it would be nice if the context menu (right-click)
also had a "rename" entry. And if one could use ESC to discard the name
changes while editing.

* how can one set the aspect ratio of the plots? it seems impossible now.

* (as I mentioned before) the color blue in the gretl/gnuplot window
becomes green when saved to pdf (and eps, too, where also the solid line
becomes dashed). PNG works.

* BTW, it would be nice to have a switch to toggle between color and B&W
in general, not only for saving to certain formats

* In the gnuplot plotting command window the first lines are commented
out, but OTOH uncommenting doesn't seem to work. What are the "secret
tricks" ;-) of steering gnuplot from gretl?

* sometimes (not always, not sure exactly when) upon opening a plot
through the icon in the session window the plot doesn't fit in the
window, but the window is not resizable  -- this is corrected when
changing some graph properties such as the font size; actually the
aspect ratio of the plot itself then seems to adjust to the window then,
the embedding window itself is not adjusted

* (as I said before) changing the font size works on screen, but not
when saving to eps. same for line width. png works.

I think that's enough for the moment :-)
