Yes, it's a bit tricky handling observations both by year and by 
1-based index.  However, the specific problem you saw is now fixed 
in CVS and today's Windows snapshot.

I can't say that I see anything wrong with the graph.  If you want 
to push the start of the x-range to the left, you can do that 
easily enough (click, Edit, X-axis).
