[Gretl-users] Help in windows installation

Hello,
I have finally succeeded installing Gretl in my "restricted" Windows using the config file "Gretlnet.txt". I think creating a config file is a really good idea for people with restrincted access to their PCs, and it could be interesting to add this information to "gretl-guide.pdf" at chapter 1 "Introduction" , paragraph 1.3 "Installing the programs" (Windows).
