Is the menu item "/Variable/X-12-ARIMA analysis" present but 
greyed out?  

If so, this is puzzling.  The check for enabling that item is that 
the specified x12a program exists and is executable.  You might 
try giving the full path to the executable under 
/Tools/Preferences/General/Programs.
